Located in a gated condominium complex between Palm Desert and I-10, the Sonoran Suites blends Mediterranean and Southwestern styles in a resort-like setting with spectacular mountain views. Desert Springs Golf Club is across the street, and Palm Springs Desert Museum is within 16 miles.
Guest condos are located in two-story, tile-roofed buildings (no elevators) colored in pale desert tones.
Guests enjoy the use of two outdoor pools and two spa tubs, as well as a nine-hole putting green and a clubhouse that can be rented for private events (surcharge). A 24-hour exercise room is equipped with treadmills, stair machines, stationary bikes, and free weights. A business center offers complimentary use of two computer terminals with high-speed Internet access, a fax machine, and a copy machine.
One complimentary covered parking space is allocated to each unit. Additional complimentary parking is available, but is not covered.

The Sonoran Suites are located in a gated, Southwestern-style apartment complex of two-story, tile-roofed buildings (no elevators). Contemporary Southwestern decor includes ceramic-tile entryways, fireplaces (in most units), and Mexican pottery. Ceiling fans in the master bedrooms and living rooms complement the air conditioning.
Each condo comprises two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture. Kitchens are fully equipped with cookware and dishes and include a four-burner gas range, a microwave oven, an ice-making refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. Laundry rooms are equipped with full-sized washers and dryers.
For a surcharge, Sonoran Suites provides cribs, high chairs, strollers, car seats, and swings for families with infants. Basic cable is complimentary, but premium cable channels incur a surcharge.
One housekeeping visit is complimentary for a seven-day stay. Otherwise, housekeeping is available for a surcharge. All suites are nonsmoking, with smoking permitted only on patios and balconies. There is no charge for local calls, and telephones are equipped with answering machines.
